We’re celebrating 180 years as the church in Lower Cam.
There’s an interesting story about how St Bart’s was built and became our parish church. Rich in history and still a centre of the community this is a year to tell and celebrate our story and your story.
Nota-bene Vocal Choir
Saturday, 7 December, 7 pm
An evening of live music and singing
for the Advent and Christmas season
The parish church has always been a place of joy and thanksgiving for the gift of a new life, of celebration of love when two people commit to one another, and of grief and comfort when we mark the loss of a loved one.
Safeguarding
Our parish of Lower Cam: St Bartholomew is committed to safeguarding children, young people and adults from harm. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officer (PSO). Our Diocese of Gloucester’s safeguarding pages contain vital links and information including contacts for the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor who advises our PSO. If you are concerned that a child or adult has been harmed or may be at risk of harm please contact the PSO or the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor. If you have immediate concerns about the safety of someone, please contact the police and your local authority’s children or adult social care services.
